Members may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance that is not subject to bonus conditions will be returned to the member via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and standard processing conditions.
In cases of account closure due to Terms violation, ace365app may withhold balances pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.
